Named after the ballerina following her performance in New Zealand, the PAVLOVA is meringue, whipped creme and fruit (in this case it was strawberries). SO GOOD!

Bodybuilder (and now photographer) Berry DeMey from the early 80's when you still had to have some prettiness to your body. He retired at 32. One of the minority of over 6 foot bodybuilders. check out his website! He's a very good photographer!

Last night (on CINCO DE MAYO) was opening season for velodrome racing @ the San Diego velodrome track in Balboa Park. I haven't been in years! but it sure was fun to hang out again. Just a couple of compositions from the evening.
