Summer Jones came to my house for a visit and showed up from ballet practice wearing these shoes and adidas workout pants. Now that's hot. Summer is a math genius (and a ballet choreographer). She might not know how to turn on a computer, but you get her to the screen and she writes incredible code!!!

Friday I had to go to jury duty. I wasn't actually schedule until Monday but because I know that Monday's are for new trials I thought I would try to trick them and show up on friday to get it out of the way and get released early. The judges like to leave early on friday. So what do I get myself into BUT A MURDER TRIAL, TORTURE MURDER, FOR THE DEATH PENALTY! Every single person in the room was being considered for the trial. I personally had to meet with the judge to explain why I couldn't be on his 9 week trial. Trip to London. September 5th. If he could insure that the trial would not go that long I would gladly open myself for consideration for the jury. He told me he could not. And so I was released.

Passion. He Touched her throat and choked her over and over until she died. Or Torture. they called it torture. I think he liked watching her pass out and then come to. He probably liked the passive and sweet look on her face when she was out. And the red marks on her throat. He thought they were his kisses.

Went to see the San Diego Symphony perform Bach and Mozart at Mainly Mozart Spring Festival though it's summer and it's running into summertime. The music was rather beautiful and I normally don't go for this kind of thing, but my friend Eleanor's husband is the conductor for the San Diego Symphony which is a very cool thing. David Atherton. He's actually pretty famous and conducts all over the world. But whatever. I like Eleanor. She's a breast cancer survivor and i let her feel me up one day so she could see what silicon implants felt like vs. saline which suck. they are hard and horrible. when you let a woman/cancer survivor feel you up there's a certain intimacy to the whole thing, your relationship, the knowing. But that is how it goes sometimes. You let someone touch your breasts and the touch is forever.

I love to make chicken soup, and especially for breakfast. It's so good and healthy for you - veggies in the morning with broth. Tricia left for the summer and this was our last breakfast/soup until october.
