SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FIRES

We are experiencing a series major fires in southern california, from Malibu to the Mexico border. 250,000 people have been evacuated in the san diego county alone, and freeways have been closed down. Arnold flew into San Diego for a media conference where he spoke of military planes, helicopters, and other civil servants who will be working in evacuation centers. Horses and large animals were evacuated last night, so at least there is some sense of order with concerns to their health The stadium has been opened for people and their dogs (large animals are being transferred there as well). I know it seems crazy but this is mother nature performing only what she knows best. No one should be surprised this is happening - it's a repeat from the Cedar Fires from 4 years ago. It's sad and brutal but this is part of the southern california lifestyle, perfect weather because we don't have much rain, and with that dry brush which is sensitive to fire and winds.
